Kfc - West View

Food was old and when brought to the attention to the staff they said I know sorry. Sad place to eat.

KFC had a bucket deal which I took advantage of. At 5:00 pm I went to the store, was told they had no original chicken, it would take about twenty monutes. I decided to wait. It took a bit longer, I was offered food that wasn't mine at one point, then had to ask for cole slaw. I did get an extra biscuit, and the staff is friendly. But the corn did not look or taste very fresh. The strength of the good tasting KFC chicken is the saving grace, but it may be a while before I go back. I'm sorry that I had to write this review with less than five stars....???

Hours of Operation 10:30am-10:30pm. Driven to the restaurant because of above average marketing on television. Only to be disappointed upon arrival. Showed up to the drive thru at 9:40pm. Sat there while nobody took my order. Drove around the building and witnessed 3 employees standing in there. Proceed back to drive thru. An employee walks out the back door to take the trash out and tells me they are done. Not serving any more food. I explain their hours say until 10:30. He says nope. Done. No food.Bad business. Franchise owner needs to get it together.

Fast service and they do make personal orders.to please each

The service was slow, but there was only one counter person. So I do understand.
