The quality, range of selection and freshness of fish is unsurpassed locally. Classic sushi, nigiri, with beautiful trim and knife work. Rolls can be variable. Over the years the menu has morphed from more traditional Japanese to flavours and menu items more akin to North American tastes; there are hits and misses in there—I think the menu would benefit if they eliminated all but the absolute best of these non-traditional items. They have never been bashful with their pricing.
