Blue Eyed Marys - West Vancouver

Stephen and Carol have carried on the Blue Eyes Marys tradition of dining excellence, first on Bowen Island and now in West Vancouver. The food is invariably satisfying and the ambience comfortably elegant. We in greater Vancouver would be fortunate to have more such establishments.

Blue-eyed Mary's has warm attentive service, and the ambiance invites intimacy. The food is local, creative and delicious. A variety BC wines is featured, making this restaurant appealing to those who want to eat and drink the best of what BC has to offer. This is definitely one of our favourite spots! We'll be back soon.

What a great restaurant to have in West Vancouver. I love the food! The menu selection is varied and innovative with twists that keep the palate intrigued. The chef Carol has a creative flair that keeps us coming back for more. Highly recommend.

We had a great dinner at Blue Eyed Marys. The wine list featured BC wines, which we like, and there was a good variety from which to choose. The greens with the aged cheddar dressing was accompanied by a delicious savory apple turnover which was unlike anything I had tasted before. My husband said his steelhead trout was the best dinner in recent memory. The room upscale cottage and very comfortable. The service was warm and attentive. We will definitely return.
