Second Cup Coffee Co. - West Van Canada

I was sick and wanted a glass of water and the Chinese man seller did not give me one. He said it costs madam, if you want you must pay for it!!!!

Staff really need some customer service training, my wife was not feeling well and simply asked for a cup of water, was told could not help as she was not a paying customer, totally unacceptable , would never return to this business again, sad that just a few steps away in the food court care and compassion were shown, hope management makes note and provides some customer service training.

Second Cup always reminds me of Toronto, especially Union Station when I used to get coffee there. It was a part of my growing up years back East. I was pretty sad when I moved to Vancouver and realized Second Cup (and a few other chain restaurants) was not common here. I am always happy to see Second Cup, more for the memories, than the actual coffee now. Located inside the mall, there is a small seating section for a bit of rest after shopping. I like the iced tea which was freshly brewed. So it does take a while for it to be ready. It has lemon which was a nice surprise. Perfect for a hot summer day.

Love second cup flavored coffee. Its the best. Above all the rest
