Freshii - West Van Canada

One of my worst experiences ever. This was my second time getting food from Freshii and it would be the last time. I was shopping around in Park Royal yesterday and I thought of getting a healthy bowl. I got the Pokii Bowl from Freshii. It was literally a bowl of uncooked rice, a piece of dry three days-old chicken, two slices of cucumber and two cubes of pineapple. It tasted so bad that I threw the whole bowl out. Honestly I have never had such bad experience. Save your time, money and your GI tract health and go somewhere else.

Of all of the Freshii locations this place is the worst. Service is so bad. I swear they are doing it on purpose. Not a great look for your brand. Your staff could pretend to care. Hahaha

I ordered the sesame crunch salad with chicken and was disappointed. The vinaigrette did not taste like anything and the romaine left a bitter taste in my mouth.

I order from freshii regularly. I choose from 3 locations around my place. Today it was Park Royal. I've always found the staff kind and helpful with my requests. Typically, Quinoa, falafel and chicken. I also request to use my own clean glass bowl, love the no garbage. Kind of wish they could also do a Poke bowl. Salmon and tuna options. I've always found the food to be good quality. I would also ask the owners to please keep the online hours of operation up to date. I've shown up before closing and yet it's closed......that sucked. I'm a 200 pound man and the bowl size always satisfies.
