I used to really enjoy this location, but it has seemingly gone downhill. I arrived at 11AM on a Monday and waited over a half an hour in line to order. No big deal, though the restaurant is absolutely understaffed. I order, the cashier is not attentive to what I am asking for and the default POS system doesn 't have a No Tip. Option immediately available. I tipped, and I wish I hadn 't. I waited another 35 minutes for my to-go order, got home as I was now running late only to find that no utensils or napkins had been provided in the bag, though it had been annoying tied off to prevent checking in store, my food was overcooked, and the condiments were less than half full.Unpleasant overall.
Very horrible customer service. I called multiple times to place an order in the morning and the disrespectful employees would pick up the phone and not say nothing. This is ridiculous. It is very sad to see that they are driving away business and customers do this local business, I am very upset with how these employees do not care and are very untrained do better
This waffle love is special because it’s the only waffle love with Nick. Nick is the hardest working (and the only) employee. I would die on the cross for Nick. He makes my day every time I come into waffle love. give this young man the pay of two workers because he’s really doing two or three peoples’ work.Dietary restrictions: no gluten free options
Management at the West Valley location must not appreciate their workers. I went in last night to pick up a door dash order and there was one worker there trying to manage in-person and online orders by himself. He was working as hard as he could but he couldn't keep up and I waited 30 minutes for the order I was scheduled to pick up. He was very friendly but I could tell he was experiencing a lot of stress.If you have any respect for your employees then you should close the store (with pay) if you can't adequately staff a shift. He was still making orders 30 minutes after closing time, and who knows how long it took him to perform all of his closing duties. Speaking as someone who used to work full-time in a kitchen, I would have walked out if I had been him. Give that young man a raise and do better by your team!
