Del Taco - West Valley City

I absolutely love calling Del Taco my top taco shop! Their caramel cheesecake bits are fantastic. This location is one of the best in Utah. The food is always fresh, and the inside of the restaurant is very clean. They are quick with service, and the customer service is friendly, caring, and understanding. I give this place five stars! I highly recommend stopping by for an amazing experience with delicious and fast food!

I always appreciate the quick service here. There’s often a line of five or more cars when we arrive, but they manage to get us in and out fairly quickly. The food can vary in quality depending on when you visit. I recommend going for breakfast rather than dinner; it seems like the food tends to be less fresh during dinner time.

The manager, or possibly the shift manager—I'm not sure of his name—always provides exceptional service. He's incredibly kind and never overlooks anything. If he does happen to forget something, he quickly apologizes and ensures the food arrives without any hassle. His customer service attitude is truly admirable. Others could learn a lot from him, as he consistently works hard and moves swiftly to serve everyone. He's been around for a while, and I can honestly say that I'll keep coming back because of people like him. I just wish I knew his name!

Good lord!!! Best customer service I have had in a LONG time!!!! The gentleman on the speaker gave me suggestions when I was unsure of what I wanted and was so patient with me. The woman at the window was kind as well!!! I highly recommend visiting this place just for the amazing customer service!!!
