Bidrage med feedbackI used to love Culver's, but I feel like this particular location has experienced a decline in quality, cleanliness, and professionalism. It's absurd that they now charge for fry sauce, as I believe it should be included with meals. If customers want extra sauce, then they should be charged for it.
I don't understand the point of ordering online for curbside pickup if, after hitting the "I'm here" button, you have to wait half your lunch break and then go inside to pick up your order because the staff couldn't find you.
