Chow Time Buffet Grill

I cannot recommend this place; it was dirty, and the utensils were not properly cleaned—some even appeared to be made of paper napkins. The quality of the food matched the poor service, and it was even worse than I had expected. I dislike leaving negative reviews, but the experience was so unsatisfactory, and they had the opportunity to rectify it but chose not to engage.

We were seated quickly upon our arrival, which was a plus. However, I found myself having to ask for my kids' orders three times before anyone came by to check on our table or offer us drinks. The menu features a variety of culturally inspired dishes, but many options seemed to be deficient in carbohydrates and were overly meat-heavy. The steamed broccoli was excessively salty, and the sweet potatoes had far too much sugar. On a positive note, the apple dumpling was delicious! Additionally, there were large TVs on the walls that distracted the kids and made it difficult for us to enjoy our meal.

I typically steer clear of buffets, but since this place was conveniently located nearby and appeared quite spacious from the outside, I decided to give it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options available: the main sections offered Chinese, Southern, Latin American cuisine, salad, and desserts. The waitstaff was attentive without being intrusive. My personal favorites were the BBQ pork, roast beef, General Tso's chicken, and fried rice. My wife noted that the cleanliness of the restrooms could use some improvement.

Good Chinese buffet. eating was great, like the service. the selection was also beautiful. on the upper side everything was cheap! great place to lunch. definitiw recommended!

We loved everything about about Chow Time Buffet! The food was so good, there was so much variety and so much to choose from. The food was hot and fresh. The service was amazing. Everyone was very nice, prompt, professional and answered any questions we had. Our server cleared our table quickly, refilled our drinks fast, and checked on us often. We will definitely be going back again!
