We stopped here as part of a beer tour. They had a great beer selection, including many local beers on tap. The bartenders were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable! We had heard about poutine but we're having trouble finding a restaurant that served the "real thing". On our guide's recommendation, we ordered it here. It seemed very authentic. The fries were great and the gravy and cheese curds were everything I'd heard about. Check out C'est What if you're looking for a place where the locals go.

Finally found a pub in North America that does more than one or two proper cask ales. Kept in top quality condition and superb to drink. Went on three different occasions and each time there were at least two new cask beers on. Bar staff were very knowledgeable and knew the different characteristics of the beers and how to serve them. Only negative is the steep stairs, fine when going down to the bar but a struggle on the way back after a few pints!

We would like to thank C'est What for making our group event a great success. The atmosphere was the perfect setting for a casual gathering. Spacious area with room to walk around and mingle, sit and chat, or enjoy a game of pool. The quantity and quality of the food was perfect for our needs. Most of all, from the point of first contact, the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and just AWESOME.

Our server Leah could not have been more helpful or welcoming. She was a great start to our family dinner providing beer suggestions and delicious foods to fit our tastes. Quesadilla was phenomenal, bison burger delish and ribs were a new found treat. Close to the Sony Centre for the Performing Arts... Great pre-show dinner.
