Shi Song Vegetarian - West Singapore

Reopened at Bukit Panjang Hawker Centre (Stand #01-02) on December 1, 2022. Practically all his dishes are delicious. A good selection of different dishes every day. Apart from the economy beehoon/noodles there are different noodles and rice choices. Laksa, mee rebus, mee siam, nasi lemak, nasi briyani, kuay chap, YYnudeln, Fischbälle/mushrooms/bah Choir/Dumplingsnudeln, v duck Reis... there are also some Kuehs and secondary dishes, such as Tauhu goreng, Fries, frittierte v squid rings, QQ v fishual

Really a high recommendation to try the carrot cake! It is not that oily and the texture is smooth and it does not have the "Sor-Sor" taste. Surpasses those I've tried so far! Love it! Must try!

Do not use eggs and milk in their food. Threir mee rebus is top notch. No words to describe it.

Stall owner is very friendly! Tried to bak kut teh and Loh mee and Loh kway Teow. Love that there’s a lot of ingredients in the bak Kut teh, with good soup. kway Teow is the thin kind, not the broad type. Also the Loh mee soup is very good!! Highly recommended! The dumplings are yummy, and sauce for dumpling noodles is good too: Economic beehoon tastes good on its own, and it’s vegan, not oily.
