Pho Saigon - West Saint Paul

This is my favorite restaurant hands down! Their chicken fried rice and pho are amazing. I've tried many items from the menu and haven't been disappointed yet. While the service could improve, the delicious food makes up for it.

I've visited this restaurant two or three times, and overall it's decent. The food is quite good, depending on what you choose. One time, my fiancée wanted beef pho, but they had run out of broth for the day, which was a bit disappointing, especially since it was around dinner time. However, that aside, it’s a cozy little spot where you can opt for a buffet. Depending on when you visit and what you order, the experience can range from quite good to just satisfactory. In my opinion, it's a nice place to grab a bite when you're in the mood!

This place led me to the Pho. When I order pho elsewhere, it's always good, but not the same as Pho Saigon. You also have great Chinese dishes! What I love most in this place is family-run, domestic feeling. There is a certain woman who is almost always waiting for customers. I suppose she's one of the owners. She is so pleasant and hard to work that it will force me to continue to support her business.

New customer and go back. Fast service, great pho, eggs rolls bubble tea. Learn more about the menu. Easy access from Robert, but the parking is a bit strange; use caution. If you take their pho to go, I recommend heating the broth again before adding the ingredients; it really brings the flavors. The add-in vanillas are always fresh and couple good with the plate. I find their pho easily accessible to people new to this style of cooking; they give you a bundle of things in a side container and you choose what to put. If you are sensitive to spices, pay attention to the green paprika with seeds. The red sauce in the cup also has a low heat (not the brown sauce). Happy food and great work Pho Saigon <3

Really great food. I've worked a few blocks away for years but never tried it. I had beef pho and egg rolls and was blown away. The greens were very fresh for the pho. The egg roll was super flavorful and crispy. I ordered it extra spicy and it was adequately spicy, which I suppose is pretty typical. I will certainly eat here again.
