Mela Thai Cuisine - West Saint Paul

I recently dined at a fantastic Thai restaurant with two friends and we all had a great experience. The customizable dishes allow you to choose your protein and select a heat level from 1 to 5, with 5 being extremely spicy. I opted for level 4, which was delicious but not overly hot for my taste. My wife, on the other hand, found level 3 to be quite spicy and decided not to go any hotter. The waitstaff was friendly and efficient, and we were impressed with the quick service. Although the restaurant was not crowded when we visited on a Thursday evening at 6pm, they had many takeout orders. I am already looking forward to returning to this place for another meal!

This restaurant is adorable. I used to frequent this spot when it was known as Classic Saigon. Now, under new ownership, it serves Thai food. I have to say, it's not too shabby.

The service and food at this restaurant are excellent! Every dish was prepared perfectly. We had a wonderful meal and would definitely go back again. I highly recommend this place. If you're from Wisconsin or Minnesota, you should definitely try this restaurant - you won't be disappointed.

New Restaurant. Only been here about a year. (Today is Feb of 22) They cleaned the place up from the previous owner and my meal was outstanding. Great service and the cook came to my table to ask how hot I wanted it. He came back to ask if I wanted ithotter. Great Service!
