Little Caesars Pizza - West Saint Paul

Dreadful place with terrible workers. pizza took an hour. it is so understandable. manager and emoyees were however very angry at all customers. to say my pizza was under the average is nice. no sauce or cheese. pizza was thrown together with little wall to make it edible. I have small stuffed several times by email because of previous visits without reaction. I do not expect the highest quality. I just don't want to be punished by little ceasers.

Wow this little ceasars is worst I’ve ever been to PERIOD ….I waited 45 minutes for a pepperoni pizza and cheese bread ….the Heavy set Mexican lady in front had no customer experience and was not keeping us informed why the wait was so long I waited and waited there was a Mexican kid with glasses sitting on his phone doing absolutely NOTHING in front ….so after waiting 45 mins I informed the manager JUAN that I needed to go I been waiting far to long so I asked for refund …which he also didn’t apologize for the wait didn’t offer anything for waiting 45 mins didn’t care if I was upset that they forgot about me basically just let me walk out with no food and a refund on my bank card HORRIBLE…JUAN should not be a manager …..inver grove little ceasars is much better

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Maybe 1 brain cell among all the people that work here. Lazy, rude and dirty. Have ordered here multiple times and it's been wrong everytime. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Literally kid was on his phone in the front of the store no greetings no customer service. No hi no nothing and very behind...seems like no one wants to be here...no Italian bread because they didn't have dough...made me question where customer service went in simple places. Sad to see very disappointing!

Ordered delivery and it arrived undercooked. You can never get through on the phone, and the website doesn't have a customer service option. The only number is for door dash.
