Taco Bell - West Sacramento

The customer service is below zero. I waited for more than 20 minutes even they were not busy.

Today, was the best experience I have ever had at Taco Bell and it was all because of a great associate named Alma!!!! She was extremely sweet, polite, and patient while having a bright smile upon her face. I normally go to the TacoBell closer to my house, but because of Alma, I will drive the extra 10mins. It is worth it.

I came here and the employee didn't even welcomed us with a smile she was just staring at us. She didn't even gave me the receipt her body language was rude. Even while giving my order she just threw the bag on the table.Worst

Why is this person still working in this place? this terrible woman, the most evil person on the planet. She is very stupid and doesn't give orders. she mocks people. She works January 1. Please, fire her. it's

What a horrible experience! I went through the drive thru and forgot the total by the time I arrived at the window.The lady at the drive thru says “ I told you back there already!” In an extremely rude tone. Tacobell should work on training employees to give kind service.Won’t be back as long as same level of employee training…
