Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - West Point

Very unprofessional General Manager Yolonda O?Briant. I testify that they behave very tasteless and inconspicuously by curseing a customer and, above all, throwing beverages and other objects through the window. This was a terrible example of this franchise and showed very little respect for themselves and their employees who were also in service. I won't recommend Popeyes.

Takes forever, especially at 11-2, and the food is at best subpar

We went in to order that we would get it right. I asked for an Arnold Palmer and got half a sweet tea. They didn't have enough offers to fill my order, so they gave me a chicken leg and left my cookies completely for my family meal! They used to be on point t, but it gets worse by the month!

HIGHLY disappointed with my order. I wanted to order the chicken sandwich for my husband. They were already sold for the day. It wasn't even too late! I ordered the shrimps. I ate two shrimps, but I had the urge to throw. I knew they weren't fresh, but they had a funny taste. Shake very fishy, more than they should. They were almost mad. But the sweet tea???

A fast food chain out of fries on one of the busiest traveling days of the year. Great planning on their part. Also if you want a Sweet Tea make sure to ask for a Dr. Pepper. I didn't know this before hand I mistakenly asked for a Sweet Tea and was given a Dr. Pepper.
