Coach's Grill - West Point

The food we received was tasty, but I can’t comment on the onion rings since they were missing from our order (even though we paid for them). Additionally, I found some grit while eating the loaded tots. I don’t plan on ordering from here again anytime soon.

The last time my kids and I visited, we had a great experience. However, this time was quite disappointing. We placed our order at 12:31 PM and received our appetizers 20 minutes later. As of 1:40 PM, we are still waiting for our main dishes. I tried to get the attention of our waitress and asked for the check for our drinks and appetizers since we have been waiting over an hour, while two groups that arrived after us have already received their food. She apologized and told me that she was the only waitress and there was just one cook in the kitchen. I told her that was fine, but I still wanted my check. Unfortunately, it felt like she was being dishonest, as I could see two other staff members serving tables and people coming out of the kitchen with food. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning.

The restaurant is a bit small and a little confusing, as there’s no indication of whether to seat yourself or wait to be seated. This can be off-putting right from the start, as it leaves me unsure of where to go. When I do seat myself, I often worry that the staff might not have noticed my arrival, which should definitely be addressed. However, the food is excellent and the atmosphere is fantastic!

Enjoy the restaurant. Sometimes a bit slow but the food is good and drinks are as well.

Me and my wife got the garlic parmesan wings with the grass and it was good and onion rings were great especially the sauce!
