Dunkin' - West Pittston

This is a very popular spot located right next to the main local supermarket. I stopped by to try the pumpkin spice latte on my way to NYC, but it didn't meet my expectations—it was too sweet and had an unnatural flavor. The atmosphere was quite chaotic with lots of customers. Additionally, the restrooms were locked and required the barista to let you in each time.

I was disappointed to find that there were no bagels, donuts, or croissants available on a Saturday at 11 am. Seriously?

The wait is consistently long here. The website claims they open at 5 AM, but that's not accurate; they actually open at 6 AM at the earliest. I've had to wait an additional 15 minutes just for them to open, and then another 15 minutes to get my drink, which I may or may not hear when it's called. I've even had a drink stolen from the counter because they tend to whisper drink orders.

The place gets quite busy in the morning, but the service is quick.

I absolutely love this place! The staff is always so friendly. If I had to pick my favorite Dunkin' in Lucerne County, this would definitely be it. The other day, my son mentioned that he wanted a chocolate donut with sprinkles, and the cashier overheard him and generously gave him a donut for free. That's what you call a great employee—going above and beyond! You should definitely hold on to them because good employees like this are hard to find. I always receive fast, friendly service, and this crew never disappoints when I come in for my coffee. Thank you for everything! Keep it up!
