Chai latte was excellent as expected. med americana was stale and warm. all for $9.

No truthahn available for the sandwich has not even asked me if I would replace with it, which offers another sandwich, not to mention that there is a publix right next to them that the manager should be able to get the permission to go and get truthahn discs when they say they have problems with their distributors. I also ordered my bagel and cream cheese not roasted guess what it came roasted. the only reason I use this place was that gift cards were given to me. I wish the people knew they would give their employees publix tickets for the celebrations that we shop is a pleasure. also why can't I order from the passenger seat and must filter everything through the driver, otherwise I would probably have got what I wanted, but didn't want my father to waste with the back and forth disc.

The service and cleanliness were consistent and commendable. Overall, it was a very good experience.

This is one of the worst Starbucks locations I've ever visited! They really need to improve everything, from the drinks to the service. It was a total disappointment.
