Bidrage med feedbackOkay for starters, no sushi. Which is odd at a Japanese hibachi restaurant. We came with children whom were so excited. But we were RUSHED. Sat at 7:00 and we were finished by 7:45. They didn't offer appetizers until we had asked, and all that were ordered never came. Once ordered the chef was there in 2 minutes, he cooked, he was good but again rushed and nothing was actually good. Steak was so chewy kids didn't even eat it. The fried rice was made with yellow rice not white so it had an odd taste. The waitress took our order and never returned until the bill, we had to ask the bus boy for anything we needed in between. The place itself looks extremely run down and from being in such a populated, popular spot they really need to make some changes. The bathrooms were horrendous, it felt that i was in a gas station bathroom, dirty!! I don't think id be returning. The square should make some changes.
The food was good. The service was absolutely atrocious. We had not 1 but 4 mixups with the bill and even splitting a hibachi plate of shrimp, chicken, filet priced at $41.95 with a $10 dollar sharing fee... our bill ended up at $80+. This just is excessive for decent food and terrible service. The gratuity was automatically included at over 20
Arrived on a weekend at night and there was a bit of a wait. After about 30 minutes, my party of 3 were seated at a hibachi table. We had spent some time at the bar first and closed out our tabs before moving. When we got to the table, everyone was moving so slow. We were told that they didn't have sushi. Our order was quick to know. The staff took forever to get our orders. When we finally had a chance to try our food, the lobster that my friend and I had ordered was over salted. It wasn't edible at all. Again, it took forever to flag someone down but finally a manager came over and we both tried to tell him. He told us we could either get a new one cooked up in the back or he could take it off our check. Everything else was cooked just fine! It wasn't a great experience especially due to the service so I won't be returning.
Highly disappointed in the level of customer service. I did not sit at the hibachi table and my food came out cold. When I asked to warm it up the bartender said it was because I ordered too early. Worst Mother's Day experience
GREAT!! Why the bad reviews? Excellent quality fresh ingredients, great flavor (we asked for no msgs) and our cook was fun and entertaining. If this were served at a Nobu I wouldn't notice the difference. Top notch.
