I was asked to remove an item from my order, and when I received my food, it was incorrect. I called back to explain the situation and asked them to charge me only for the food they actually gave me since my original order was more expensive. However, they refused to either refund me or correct the charge. Terrible service!

However, I was really disappointed with the Viet tear plates. The amount of meat was significantly less compared to what you get in the pho, and the flavors were quite bland. The tear plate definitely needs some improvement. I would love to see additions like shredded pork and a crispy omelet. As for the spring rolls, they were just average—decent, but not remarkable in any way. Overall, my experience had its highs and lows.
