Even though it was my error, I don’t want to give this place a low rating because it doesn't deserve it. The situation arose because Google indicated they were open, and the mobile app accepted my order despite them being closed. I found it frustrating that the phone number provided didn’t work, and I could only contact customer service via email. It's surprising how much room there is for improvement in customer experience, don't you think?
Great food and clean. But no place. I wanted to eat, but instead I had to run illegally.
Went in for some rare fresh food in the pandemic. The woman cooking the eggs had her mask down, huffing all over the food maskless. I demanded a refund before accepting the food and they acted like I was being a jerk.
The menu and food quality are excellent. However, it's unnecessary to require customers to use an app for pickup orders. This trend feels very millennial, and many people still prefer to pay with cash or credit cards. Let's be reasonable about this.
I crave Einsteins frequently.. Their bagels are soooo good. I like the coffee. Service is great here too. :
