Churrasco Fusion - West Palm Beach

The restaurant itself is very small and unassuming. At the time of our visit, there weren't many diners, but the waitstaff promptly attended to us and were quite friendly. Since we don’t speak Spanish, they sent over a waitress who also didn't speak English, which was actually quite helpful. We ordered chicken taquitos, which were absolutely delicious. I opted for the Pepian chicken, while my son chose steak and shrimp with peppers, onions, and tomatoes. The Papillon sauce tasted like a tomato-based sauce; the dish featured two pieces of bone-in chicken along with chunks of potato, carrot, and green beans, served with white rice. It was served piping hot and fresh, and while I found it hearty and enjoyable, I didn’t think I would order it again as I expected it to be more flavorful. My son’s steak and shrimp dish was quite basic, consisting of just pieces of steak and tiny shrimp in tomato sauce, accompanied by some frozen mixed vegetables and white rice. He was not impressed. On the other hand, the chicken taquitos were crispy, hot, and absolutely delightful. Although I likely won’t return since I live far away, I might consider giving it another shot if I find myself stranded near the airport again. The restaurant received great reviews, particularly for their tacos, which we regretted not trying. The waitress was charming, and overall, we had a pleasant experience.

The churrasco was served with delicious chimichurri, perfectly tender rice, and an excellent black bean soup. The potatoes were unforgettable—oven-baked, crispy, and bursting with flavor, beautifully seasoned! And just when I thought it couldn't get any better, they also included some delicious homemade guacamole and warm, handmade tortillas. Seriously, it’s clear they take pride in their food! They even remembered the utensils I requested, which is a nice change since many places tend to forget despite reminders. I also added extra avocado for $3, and they generously provided me with an entire avocado—definitely great value where other places would skimp. To top it all off, I had their lemonade, which was fantastic! The total came to about $26-$28, and it was worth every penny. I was completely satisfied and can’t wait to order the same meal again very soon!

I will definitely be ordering from here much more often! I tried it for the first time and got my food delivered. It was really delicious and fresh, not stale at all. The flavors of the meat were fantastic, and the tacos were excellent. The beans and rice were great too. This place is one of Palm Beach's hidden gems!

My husband and I loved this place. Don't let the little hole in the wall vibe scare you. I had the shrimp and steak tacos SOOOO GOOOD! My husband had the churrasco, also good. I definitely recommend this place.

New to the area and really impressed! I ordered the carne asada (with black beans, rice, and tortillas), a shrimp taco, carnitas taco, and a steak tips and shrimp dinner. Everything was fantastic! I’ll definitely be back!
