Bud's Chicken Seafood - West Palm Beach

I approached the counter to pick up my order and asked a short woman with blonde and black hair if it was ready. She rudely questioned if I was in the right place before taking my order and putting it on the counter with an eye roll. This employee was incredibly rude, even prompting laughter from some of the other staff. It seems she may not be able to handle the pressure of working outside of the kitchen.

I was greatly disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The maize fritters were missing from my order and the maize butterflies served with the family festival had no corn in them. The Cole Slaw portion was quite small, about half a cup, and not enough to make it feel like a feast. The fries could have been cooked a bit longer as well. I am not sure if I would come back again.

The food at this restaurant is consistently fantastic, and the newly renovated space looks amazing. The customer service is also exceptional and truly refreshing. Thank you, Bud, for being outstanding in every way.

The absolutely best fast food fish sandwich hand down. I live in the center of FL. Try to visit every time through WPB area. Local favorite. For 40 years. Served with Crinkle fry's. Excellent.

Great food. I usually get a Chicken Finger quickie, which is great. I love their French Fries also. They're delicious.
