Baskin-robbins - West Orange

This restaurant is clean, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. There are no long waits to be seated.

The mixer has been broken since last year! I haven't had a smooth milkshake from there in a long time, and they always say they can't make one.

I had a disappointing experience with Baskin Robbins. I ordered a birthday cake, only to be told on the day I was supposed to pick it up that they didn't have it. I tried calling for two days leading up to pick-up, including the day of, but nobody answered the phone. I definitely won't be returning to this location or to Baskin Robbins in the future.

I have tried to order from them on DoorDash and Uber eats whenever I do they cancel my order if it’s close to closing or after 7:30 I can never get an order. It’s like the 10th time this has happened. One time recently I thought oh maybe this is the day I’ll get my order. Welp to good to be true, A rude associate called and said they didn’t have one of the ice cream favors and when I said “ok, so what are the options”? He gave me 3 options I picked one and he immediately hung up on me. Then he called back and said we don’t have your other item either so I said I’ll just cancel with the app. I guess I’ll just support another business that appreciate people still trying to support in this pandemic ??‍

This place is a combo Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins. I ordered a 2 scoop sundae and my wife ordered an iced coffee. The sundae was so-so. The snickers topping tasted stale. My wife was pleased with her iced coffee. I should have ordered an iced tea instead.
