TGI FRIDAYS - West Nyack

The staff were amazing. The food was above average. It was a good experience overall

Waiter was ok. Food was delivered quickly. We drank water which was never refilled. Waiter just seemed to do the bare minimums of his job.

The portion size was generous and the server was friendly and attentive.

Our experience at Friday's was generally positive, however, upon arrival we were informed that they do not use tablets to check OpenTable reservations. We had to request a manager in order to be confirmed and receive points for our reservation. The staff seemed unfamiliar with OpenTable, but ultimately credited us for honoring our reservation. The food and service were satisfactory.

The server was excellent, but unfortunately the hostess was lacking. She had no understanding of OpenTable or the booking system.
