Bidrage med feedbackThis restaurant has very poor customer service. The woman I spoke to on the phone could not understand basic English. The owner should hire someone who can communicate effectively in English.
I am not from this area, but the restaurant is close to my work. The first time I went in, I only intended to buy ice and chips, but I was charged $6. When I used my card, the cashier told me to pick out something else so my total would be $6.50 because he had entered the wrong amount into the system. I didn't mind. Today, I stopped by again to buy salami, cheese, and a Gatorade for $6, which seemed reasonable. However, when I got to work and opened my purchase, I was disappointed. The meat looked expired, was not properly packaged, and the tomatoes were soggy.
