Place was a ghost town? Food was good, service great! If you like IHOP you like it. Appears clean and maintained!
Bad experience, food was cold had to send grits back soft serve butter would not melt. Hash browns was cold n omelet was lukewarm. Service was non attendant.
Good food, quick service, friendly waitresses. Coffee was a bit expensive.
