Arby's - West Mifflin

Food is meh and priced ridiculous. The order may all be there. but it's obviously done with no care or attention to detail.

Spent 29 bucks on 4 beef n cheddar only got 3 of them an why's it 29 bucks? I should have drove over to white oak they would have gave me the 2 for deal an I would have got all 4 of the sandwiches instead I got robbed an shorted good job guys

So, I normally don't have issues with this Arby's. Usually clean and friendly staff. Except last night 1/29/2024 close to 7-7:30p It seems that some of the teenagers just want to stare at you and not greet/take your order. One completely ignored us to sing her solo on the radio. Whenever told some encouragement (also to announce we were ready) she looked at us, rolled her eyes, murmured something under her breath before storming into the back. We left sooner after because we waited at least 5 minutes and no acknowledgement other than sass.Like this happens. I'm not the most upset. However, I am a food service manager and I would be very upset if my kids treated my customers how your's treated me and my husband. So to me this is a staffing and training issue. I might come back if I see improvement in the future. Otherwise, it's not worth it. Please do better.

Pretty rough showing, food was cold and clearly old, fries were room temperature, nuggets were hard and tough. Don't think I'll be coming back much anymore.
