Bidrage med feedbackGiving two stars for service. Truly hoping owners/management sees this and makes a change to policy putting physical guests before online orders. When we walked in, we were barely acknowledged because the team had at least 6 online tickets they were working on. When we walked in, we were the only people in line but then a line started forming. After 3-5 minutes we were finally asked what our order was and the service was very friendly, but there needs to be more emphasis on the physical customer than the online order. Work with your team on how to fold in physical guests with the online orders, even if it’s just simply putting a tortilla or bowl down with the letters of their order on the foil. I want to emphasize again that the team was super friendly. Building processes that promote happy customers of all kinds and good service is on franchise owners and managers.
Woman with the red hair came back from a break or started her shift and went straight to the line serving food without washing her hands. Gross! Tiny portions and rude employees giving this location a bad name.
Moes, like the chipo place but tastier I think. Monday burrito or bowl deal is great! If you go, bring me some.
Okay offerings that fill the belly. Fast service. Enjoyed the outside eatin area.
I was very disappointed when I went there. I'm from Connecticut absolutely love Moe's. The wide variety of things to add to the home wrecker bowl. Here there was little variety not as filling. I'm hoping the other Moe's around are better.
