To my delight, the fried rice was one of the best I've ever had—perfectly dry and not overly salty. The king prawns were just the right size, and the chicken and sweetcorn soup was pleasantly mild. I'm too full to tackle the spare ribs right now, so I may save them for later or take them home tomorrow. Overall, I found the food to be delicious, a great value for money, and I will definitely return the next time I'm in Maidstone.
