Bad customer service Coffee without the coffee forgot to add shot Asked asked about loyalty card told it wasn't wort while No tray offered to carry drinks to table . This bad service cost £8.40 for 2 drinks Thar were tepid not even hot

This is a review for the Costa coffee in the designer outlet. It was unbelievably slow. I was waiting in line for almost 20 minutes while staff sauntered about. It wasn't even like it was busy, it just felt like everyone was moving slowly. Much better organisation and flow is needed. The queue could have easily been handled in half the time. Especially with three members of staff on.

Great service from great staff. Been going here for years and never disappoints. The best coffee by far and always enjoy a bacon roll for breakfast

Went in for first (and last) time at 12:30. Just wanted a simple coffee and something to eat. Waitress was busy talking to friend, when she left I then got served. Premium prices should mean premium service! Will not return.

Staff not up to par at 10.30am when busy time of morning for shoppers to start the day. To busy chatting, not good, wait was awful, won’t be back unfortunately,
