Dunkin' - West Long Branch

This Dunkin' Donuts is poorly managed and has been deteriorating for as long as I can remember. It's unfortunate because its location is convenient before hitting the main highways, but I've been opting for the one on Hope Rd instead. It's not great either, but it's acceptable. The staff at the West Long Branch location are quite unprofessional. There’s one tall young man who gives customers an unfriendly glare at the drive-thru; he clearly lacks any customer service skills. I think his name starts with an "M," but I can't recall it right now. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I didn’t realize I was talking to him, and he seemed just as indifferent and uninterested as the rest of the team. I recommend avoiding this location and choosing another one instead. They're unlikely to improve, as there's a clear lack of respect for the store, each other, and their customers.

There's a particular male employee whose attitude is quite off-putting; he acts as if he owns the place and has been telling customers to leave and never return after he erroneously took their orders. It's 6 AM, and instead of providing good service, he's yelling. I also witnessed him shouting at another employee, which is very unprofessional.
