Susan and Tommy are the best. I have never had such a friendly welcome. We were the first to get the new rooms. They are breathtaking. The staff is extremely friendly. Especially Tommy is a good storyteller. Together with a beer this is the perfect entertainment in the house-own pub. Also the breakfast and dinner are wonderful. Another Amazing meal at the GA, food excellent, service excellence

Every time I come back to Edinburgh I make a point of coming here for the steak pie, it's absolutely amazing. Worth the drive. The prices are great, very friendly service and locals. Love the Gordon
