Acapulco Mexican Bakery - West Liberty

In the area for the holidays. Came in thinking it was open. The friendly front cashier lady told me it was closed but to come back tomorrow. I'm here now, did not regret. Came here with my mother, sister and her boyfriend. And my fiancé got the soup of 7 seas. Everything was fresh and authentic. You will not regret. We tried tacos and the burritos. And the mangoñaeads were delicious.The atmosphere was comfortable. Went back to Minnesota with satisfaction. Will definitely return. This is not a typical bakery. This is a everything store

I come here every now and then for their bakery items(obviously, as so should you). It's great to see this in IC (I've went to a few in Texas) and be so reliable in their products. When they have pulled pork (mexican style) ready to eat available, don't forget to grab some, it's worth! Additionally, their prices are on the cheaper side of life which gives you no excuse to NOT try it out.

I'll give them 5 stars for the amazing selection alone in this small town. Wow do they put a lot of effort into their craft here. They have every treat you could imagine and the prices are amazing. I grabbed two items that I was prepared to pay about $5 for and ended up only paying $1.50! If you are a fan of Mexican baked goods or want something new to try this is a great option to satisfy your sweet tooth. Stop in and grab a few items for the road.

The elotes with crema here are absolutely amazing. They combine sweet corn with Tajín and delicious Cotija cheese, all drizzled with creamy goodness. It comes served in a large cup, perfect for sharing or enjoying on your own. I can't stop thinking about it! The tres leches cake is also quite good.

They offer a wide variety of items in their grocery store! You can find meats, ice cream, fresh vegetables, fruits, and just about everything else!
