Bidrage med feedbackWent to this place, place was clean, menu offer good, service slow, food cold and overly salty. I couldn’t even finish my meal due to it being so salty. Supposed to get free refills on soda drinks. Never did since server was not to be found. I would not recommend this Chili’s in West Lebanon NH. I hope that the other Chili’s have not gone this bad.
Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Our waitress was polite and quick. Thanks J
Great job on the steak but the mashed potatoes were cold I do not like table check
My husband and I decided to go to Chili’s in West Lebanon NH after the wait times at Lui Lui’s and Applebee’s was 35 plus minutes. It was a Monday afternoon, 3:30 pm. We walked up to the front entrance . No exterior lights on at all. Opened the front door and there was an alarm going off in the panel on right side . Go inside and stand there for at least 5 minutes. 2 servers looked at us and walked by . No smiles, no “We will be right with you”, nothing. Now mind you , I can see a good 10 people in the back and 1 bartender. Finally a young girl came over the second time and asked if there were 2 people. I said yes. She said just a minute. She went to clean off a table in the bar. She came back and I had asked her if we could have a booth. She walked away toward a different section. She came back, no smile walked around and hit 2 menus. She walked over to the booth and then waved us to come over. She put the menus down and walked away. We sat there for another 2-3 minutes with no service. My husband is ready to leave by now. Just came from the hospital and he was hungry and tired. Young girl came back and asked if we knew what we wanted . We told her and she went to get our drinks. Still no smile! Kind of like she ran out of energy. There was only 1 other table in that section and maybe 5 people in the bar. We waited 40 minutes for a club sandwich and tacos. There were no To Go orders and they weren’t busy at all . Again I could see 10-12 employees floating around and in the kitchen. No manager in sight. We finally got our food. There were dirty tables, floor was dirty, ketchup bottles on top of wood dividers in between booths. Young girl was wiping tables off with the same paper towels instead of a cloth towel. I overheard a young man at hostess stand, with his mask under his nose, turn 4 different couples away saying it would be a 15 minute wait as a server hadn’t clocked in yet and was running late. They all left. We asked him if there was a manger on duty. He said he thought so. We asked what was the name. He said wasn’t sure maybe Kim. Server came back asked her the same question. She said manager was on the line. And her name was Kim. My question is why are there 10-12 employees in the kitchen and not working or on the main floor? Who is managing and checking front of the house to make sure everything is ok? Why are customers being turned away when there is staff in back? Why did we wait 40 minutes for food when it’s not busy? We were there for probably an hour and 15 minutes or more. No wonder Lui Lui’s and Applebee’s was busy! Chili’s was sending them all their business ! Might as well shut down and lock the doors ! Poorest service and managing I’ve ever seen!
My family and I went to Chilis on Mothers Day, I did call ahead seating as I have a family of 6 with a highchair. I ALWAYS request a booth as it is easier with my family. When we arrived on Mothers Day they gave my booth away to another party with the same name. we settled for a table which honestly was not comfortable as we were in the middle of all these booths. not very pleased but chaulked it up to a honest mistake
