Cafe Brunelli - WEST LAKES

We would not recommend this place. I have a photo of the plastic piece that accompanied my salmon with the breakfast I ordered. I asked the waitress to take the lachs away with the plastic seated above!. Yes, she did, but. I've never heard of anyone, no excuse. these people just don't seem to care about customer service! eating was common and very expensive for what it was. Perhaps these people who lead this place should have a good look at how they treat their clientele. they let us feel that we were there an anesthesia. we visited the brunellis at golden grove. wow, what a change of atmosphere and eating always great

We called on Friday night at 19.50 clock to the west seen caffe to get an ice. there were many customers sitting inside and outside. waits to serve in front of the ice refrigerator. the staff came by when I cost a few ice creams. the employee said we were sorry. even though it was trading times said 9 pm when they refused to serve even a few ice creams. we left and went over the street to the sportivo caffe, the more were then happy to serve us. when we were there, 3 more customer groups of brunellis came. will not go back.

1) The staff either do not wear masks or wear them under their noses. I could hear the cook coughing without a mask on. 2) The restaurant offers a fully plant-based menu, but surprisingly none of the options are vegan, although they are made with plant-based ingredients. 3) Customers with dietary restrictions such as no dairy or ice, have very limited options on the menu. 4) Despite it being a few weeks later, I noticed that the staff still do not wear masks properly.

The personal does not wear masks when they only cover their kinen, a kind of senseless personal, even not those professional, do not go back and I live close to, they think they need to read and educate themselves over omicron.

Lots of staff standing around gossiping .. wearing masks at times but most under their nose .. I cleaned our table myself .. the restaurant was FILTHY the lights above the counter covered in dust .. this place needs a good clean .. unfortunate in...a pandemic
