Mcdonald's - West Lake Hills

It appeared that the burrito I ordered was smaller than what you typically receive at other McDonald's locations.

Our food took over 30 minutes to arrive and the woman at the counter was very rude and indifferent. We had to go up four times to check on our order and she didn't give us our coffee and soda until the third time. When I asked to speak to the manager, she simply said they were in the back and ignored me. Eventually, I got the manager's attention and we were refunded our money. This experience with the food employee was one of the rudest I've ever had.
