Seriously want to go to 20% top for orders. Consider the latest reviews published today, I am glad that I am not the only one that is a little crossed with this. I'm sorry that any Togo order doesn't type (as the guy over the phone said, why she started the mandatory top fee of 20% I always type, whether the service dune in or execution, but want 20% for bagging an order is a little exaggerated.!!!!!!! You want to know how to kill your business, this is the way to do it. Hunters always had good food, but the service lately, not so much, but the food makes it. Now with this obligatory tip, they simply put the nail in the coffin, we will not come back. Update:The reason why you don't see a fee is that I call back and cancel the order when my wife said they would add the "compulsory 20% tip". The gentleman who took the order called us back later this evening and left a message that there was a lack of communication from him and management regarding this mandatory tip and would like to offer us a free meal. We will reject this offer as there is no guarantee that our food will not be affected if we order “this free meal”

We sat at the bar, ordered dinner and clearly overheard an Asian woman at the table directly behind us speaking to an employee. We quickly realized she was the manager as she berated and insulted three of her employees. She even fired the bartender that was serving us! No one deserves to be spoken to the way she was speaking, especially in front of customers, unbelievable. And then she tried to apologize to us as we were leaving. We feel sorry for the rest of the staff but we will not be back.

Hunter's has changed hands, and the result has been vastly improved food and service! Hooray! The bar is still doing well but the food is now at the same level. Happy to recommend.

Waiter didn't write down the order. Fucked it all up. Burger was dry, but could've been better if I could've got the mayo I ordered. Wife ordered boneless wings, got bone in wings. Waiter tried to blame her.

45 min wait for a very bland and watery chicken wrap. Fries were amazing though. We asked about the drink specials and the server said the computer was down so there were no specials? Cool little place though.
