Emergency Munchie Truck

This is a nice little food truck in the city. I came with my family after visiting the purdue university and ordered a sandwich with vegan mayonnaise and pommes. it took a while until the food came out, but it was reasonably expensive and came in large portions. also it came with waffeln instead of sandwichbrot, so that was really cool. I'll be back in a definitiw!

This food truck always offers new menu options using fresh and high quality ingredients (many coming from local farms! . The truck is fully vegetarian, but also offers many vegan items. If you catch the truck parked at a local bar or summer festival you're likely to find veggie burgers topped with more veggies and vegan sauce/cheese, garlic fries with vegan dipping sauce, and vegan chili cheese nachos. If you find the truck at a farmers market, you are more likely to see fresher healthier options like veggie topped salads with vegan dressing, soups, and roasted vegetable sandwiches. She is even working on offering vegan grilled cheese in the future : In the summer I catch the truck weekly at the Farmer's Market, and I am never disappointed. You have to follow them on Facebook to know the weekly schedule of where they will be parked. The food can be pricey, but it IS seasonal and local ingredients freshly prepared, so we think it is worth it!

We tracked down this food truck at a public parking event and discovered it had one of the longest lines. We tried the grilled cheese with tomatoes on waffles, the black bean burger which was really tasty, and a burger with spicy mayo on local bread – everything was delicious! Next time, I want to try the bratwurst on a pretzel roll. We had our picnic in the park and it was a great time!

Honestly, these are the best fries I've ever tasted. My meat-loving friend enjoyed all the dishes as well. There were so many options that it overwhelmed me a bit. The vegan cheese was fantastic!
