Bidrage med feedbackBurger served hot! crispy waffelfries. perfect Friday dinner. why serve other chic places luke-warm burger? best burger and beer I enjoyed for a very long time. I could make this a regular stop.
Food is decent, but nothing special. Chicken pliers are terrible and I felt sick after eating. I don't know why in the world you would blur a whole chicken breast deep, but that seems what they're doing here. Results in a dry, greasy mess. The weaponries and mozzarella sticks are really good.
They removed the better 50% of the menu. here there is nothing but burger and wings and the burgers are in the middle and the wings are rainy. Now they have to change the name. they don't sell bark. they don't even sell pommes more and they were the best in the country maybe. they do not sell Italian sausage or Italian bark sandwiches. they were released from the Italian burger. they were freed from the pork pliers. I'm so mad. even if they simply bring back Italian bark and straight pommes, I will give a 5-star rating. they also had Chicago dogs, but now they are also gone from the menu. at this point somoenes opens a restaurant with everything they have taken from the menu, because purdue campus always eat a restaurant with this and they had a monopoly fertilizer now
Ordered funnel cake sticks, mozzarella sticks and mini-maishunds. Get 8 Mozzarella sticks and several mini-maishunds. The funnel cake remains... what a joke. Maybe a dozen. I remember that the bag is at least half full, but not the case here. Wouldn't you order for $5 again if that makes it about 50 cents a freak?
It's actually quite disappointing what this has become... I remember going to opening day of AJ's at the River market and to see how far it has fallen is actually quite sad... No more Chicago classics! No Italian beef no Chicago dogs... I tried to call ahead to place my order and all I got was about 6 minutes worth of a message and no one ever answered the phone... So I guess if you're in town and looking for burgers and appetizers there's only a dozen or so places like that around) maybe... but if you're looking for good Chicago classics after the sun goes down, sadly this place is no longer it.
