Taqueria La Herradura - West Knoxville

I've been stuck at UT hospital for a couple nights, got the craving for some tacos, ended up here after looking online and reading reviews, got a couple carne asada and barbacoa tacos and a huracha to go, the tacos were a little small but very tasty, best tasting I've had in a while and the drink was just ok I will eat here again while I'm around but probley order another taco or 2 instead of the drink, 4 tacos went down pretty easy, and I could eat a couple more, it was 14 somthing for everyt … – show

PLEASE READ 3rd time I have received pork instead of chicken what I asked for. The 1st time I figured it was just a mix up. But what I have realized is when chicken is low they will give pork because the chicken and pork look somewhat alike. The problem is pork is a cheaper meat and not everyone eats pork especially if that's not what they paid for this is a slick way to get over on customers to make a profit i wont be back CHECK YOUR FOOD!

Really good Asada. Fair prices. Pretty authentic food. More of a fast food place than restaurant. Top of the list since we left CA.

Authentic Mexican street tacos. Both the chicken and birria tacos were delicious and service was quick.
