Mel's Pizzeria - West Kittanning

The owners daughter has been our waitress a couple times and is always super nice. The pizza crust is great and homemade.

The menu was fine, I had a Stromboli. It was great. The wait staff was slow and we were the only ones in there. Lol.

It's not bad, but that's hardly a compliment. Limited menu and fledgling alcoholics make for an average experience. Then add it isn't cheap. They do have a decent beer selection I will say, but I don't find myself hungry for Mel's

It's not fair cause both my daughters work there. They have a very friendly atmosphere, Trivia night on Thursday is always fun. Garlic Parm Fries are thr bomb. Roast Beef Pizza was surprisingly delicious. Sorry no pictures this time.

I will say that perhaps Mel's pizza may not be the best in town. With that said, it is one of the most consistent around. When you order one with your favorite toppings. You can be guaranteed it will taste and look identical to the one you had last week.I wish they would bring back all the great beer they had before.
