Boston Pizza - West Kelowna

Very pleased with our food and our service_First of all, we were greeted in a very friendly manner when we entered this restaurant.

So disappointed! I wait anxiously each spring for my return to Canada and my annual perogie pizza.

Driving through Kelowna, stopped hereOrdered an interesting sounding Brussels sprouts, bacon and cranberry salad - $16 on the menu.

Very good atmosphere. great place for kids and friends and family sit back eat drink and be merry watching sports on one of there many TV's. the wait staff is very friendly and easy going they don't get frustrated even when it is really busy the one bad thing you cannot make reservations on a Friday or Saturday night they operate on a first come first serve basis so you could be in for a bit of a wait to get a table.

We stopped here on our way through Kelowna and had the Meditteranean Salad and the Flat Bread Meditteranean Pizza. The pizza was good which it always is but the salad had old lettuce that was starting to go a bit slimy and it contained two big lettuce ends which we did not appreciate. We mentioned it to two people but all they said was "I'm sorry, I'll speak to the Chef!" We left a fair part of it which was too bad because the flavour was good. For sure we will not stop at this restaurant again. I must add though that for the most part Boston Pizza in other places has always been a good choice.
