Where should I began. They’re rude and disrespectful every time I visit or order from them. I’m done wasting my money establishments, they also stole my money and refused to communicate, or give a refund.I’m truly saddened I can’t give them zeros stars.

Every time I go to this location in the drive thru, it’s always someone that can barely understand me. Ordered a #3 combo (8 piece nugget combo), he originally took it down as a 8 piece chicken combo. When I got my food, I proceeded up to the parking stalls so I can check my bag of food. Food was correct, but didn’t get one of the sauces that I asked for. I then proceeded back to the drive thru speaker box and told them I was missing said sauce. They said they were out. Okay? This location usually has given me decent service with minimal problems, but this time was just awful. We ordered on the app and said we were here and we waited for 30 minutes. There were hardly any cars in the drive through and like one other group in the store. The other people got their food long before ours.
