Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - West Jordan

The food was terrible. My husband and I go here for the delicious food and it was below par. The mash potatoes were the only thing that was edible. Food was not fresh and tasted like it was frozen overnight. Plus the cashier charged us for two chicken sandwhiches when we asked for one. Never get the nuggets! Small bits of chicken caked with big pockets of oil and tasteless batter! The only thing semi edible was the chicken after I scraped off the batter. Very sad because I loved this place.

Ill start this off with the food tasted good. That wasn't the problem with this visit.Bathrooms were dirty, no paper towells for drying hands and just the nasty air blower.The main cause for the bad review is the soda machines. Idk why we still use those all in one machines, 100% of the time the nozzles are not cleaned regularly enough. So no matter what drink you get, you get hit with a cacophony of 12 different flavors you didnt want. Thats only IF your drink you want is there. When only 30% of the drink options are available its frustrating. One of them was cream soda, so i elected that. No syrup, just carbonation. Had to go with regular coke that tasted like lime/grape/vanilla/cream/strawberry coke. The machines also had zero ice in either of them. I miss the regular drink stations that always had ice. These coca cola red all-in-one machines need to stop existing.

Chicken had an uneven cook, rice and beans were too salty and mushy, and the fries didn't have much flavor. The wait time for food was longer than one would expect from a fast food restaurant.

The lady taking my drive through order didn't pay attention. We asked for a 5 piece and two biscuits. When we got to the window she seemed very disinterested and seemed annoyed we were in the drive through and was talking trash to her coworker. We were given a 3 piece and one biscuit. Not good customer service and not what we ordered.

Everything was excellent. The customer service, the food was exquisite.
