Five Guys - West Jordan

Favorite burger restaurant! They can take some time to get food to you, especially as you enter the mid-day and it gets to be later at night, but the staff is pretty nice and I've never had problems with the quality/correctness of my order.

They forgot my mushrooms and actual lettuce, they gave me the lettuce stem instead. Will not be returning to this location!

I usually don’t like submitting bad reviews but this burger made me sick afterwards. There was ketchup all over the outside of the wrapper and the buns were so soggy I had to pull it apart bc it was falling apart. The fries were soggy and not cooked right. After giving it a chance I just had to throw away the burger it was not pleasant. They all seemed in a rush to get orders out and the quality of the food was trash.

I am so disappointed. This place has such false advertisement. They say it’s called 5 guys. I expected 5 men. Why did I get greeted by a women. I was lied to, and betrayed.

This place is a guarantee. They nail it every time.
