Dannon Co Inc - West Jordan

My 1st time coming here was an experience I 'll never forget, after coming in thru the open gate there are no signs to lead you to the shipping/receiving office (you have to pass by dairy continue to your right then turn left and come to stop sign). I didn 't know I was supposed stay at the stop sign and walk into the shipping/ receiving office to which there 's a sign once you look straight ahead, so after being spoken to like a child from the yard dog I followed his instructions and parked at the stop sign and went into the office to check in. Another great experience here, no greeting whatsoever just you here to pick up or drop off . After signing in to the tablet on the wall, I was assigned a door to which 30 minutes had passed from my appointed time of 1600. Real professional ppl here, hope your 1st time will be better than mine.

Been sitting here for 9 hours now, waiting on them to load my trailer. They haven't even put me on a dock yet.

Checked in at 09:00. Bumped a door at 10:00. Loaded and gone by 11:45am. My appt was for 21:00 tonight

This is the best facility by far that I have ever been, they will let you park overnight if the lot is not too busy, shipping and receiving office is amazing!

I would have given zero Stars If that was an option. This is the third time I've been to this plant In approximately two and a half months. No respect for the truckers time. Last lora I was here for 14 hours. Stay away.
