Culver's - West Jordan

Good burgers, great Chocolate Custard, their frozen Custard is fantastic. We get food here on a regular basis and it is consistently good if you like the slightly greasy style of burger with plenty of flavor like I do. The staff working here is always friendly and they provide great service even when busy. Thank you Culver's for providing another food option for us.

It was fine. Partially my fault, I ordered the shake with fudge and brownie bites, and it was way too sweet. I tossed it. The meat was great, the help were kind and accommodating.

Some days are great, but most days I’ve had disappointing experiences. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, and when I got home, I discovered it didn’t have a top bun! After reading previous reviews, it seems that this is a common issue at Culver's. Give it a try, but make sure to check your buns before you leave!

Delicious food, but they really struggle with getting orders correct. Every time we've ordered from the Culvers in West Jordan, there's been an issue. It seems like the teenage staff are more focused on chatting with each other than on processing orders. With the current economic situation, having to drive back to resolve issues with a meal that cost over $50 is a significant inconvenience and financial burden. I understand that finding reliable staff is challenging these days, but if they want to retain employees, they need to ensure they receive proper training in both competence and common sense.

I've always enjoyed dining at this Culver's location. The food is consistently good, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. However, tonight I witnessed something particularly impressive. As I was passing by, I saw several employees assisting a customer who was trying to jumpstart their car, which had stalled in the drive-thru. It's clear that their customer service is exceptional. A big shoutout to the employees and managers working here for their dedication!
