Bravo! Italian Kitchen - West Homestead

Waitress was amazing. Place for some reason was so noisy you could barely have a normal conversation. Chopped salad was excellent but the lasagna was terrible. Cold, very little sauce and sausage tasted like rubber.

From the time we sat at our table and waited 10 minutes for any server to approach us, we knew we should have left. Once waited on, there were no issues with service after that. However, the food was horrible. Mac n cheese was more of a cream Alfredo sauce than a cheese sauce. The pizza sauce tasted more for pasta than pizza. The lasagna was disgusting as it also had some sort of cream sauce. That mixed with red sauce made me sick. I took two bites and pushed it away. Oh, and the french fries were so, so salty. I think we left more than 80% of what we ordered, paid our tab, and left. I used to like Bravo, but after this experience and the poor quality of the food, I'll never go back.

Took a long time for a server to even notice me. After a while, the hostess noticed and was surprised I hadn't been spoken to yet.

All around lousy experience. Made a reservation and asked for a quite booth. Weren't busy, but were seated right behind the hostess with bottle of disinfectant over my shoulder. Table was disgustingly sticky! Took forever to get two basic cocktails. Had to ask for our soup. Had to ask for water, too. Dinners were served. The chicken caprese was good, but lasagna was lame. A couple layers of watery pasta with greasy meat. Had to ask for some more bread wit h was crappy too. Never got a refill on our water either. All in all, was pretty poor dining experience!

Excellent experience. Vickie was so nice and makes an excellent martini! The tiramisu was also soo delicious.
